Terms and Conditions for Gift with Purchase Giveaway – Elm Scarf

YAY! We hope you're loving your FREE Elm scarf that came with your recent order! Just a friendly reminder about our giveaway returns and exchange policy:

Eligibility: This Gift with Purchase Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all customers who make a purchase on the Preen website, meeting the requirements outlined below.

Gift Description: The gift offered in this Giveaway is an Elm scarf with a retail value of $54.90. 

Qualifying Purchase: To qualify for the Gift with Purchase, customers must spend $150 or more in a single transaction. Additionally, the purchase must include at least one item from the Elm brand. 

Gift Redemption: Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, customers will receive the Elm scarf as a complimentary gift with their purchase. The scarf will be automatically added to the qualifying order during the packing process.  

Return Policy:  If for any reason you need to return part of your purchase, here's what you need to know:
- If the total value of the items you're returning brings your order total below $150, you have the option to keep the Elm scarf, and we'll deduct its retail value of $54.90 of the value of your return. Alternatively, if you prefer not to keep the scarf, you're welcome to include it with your return shipment, and you won't be charged for it.
- But don't worry, if you're exchanging an item from your purchase and your new order total remains at or above $150 (including Elm), you're welcome to keep the Elm scarf as our gift to you, with no additional charges!

Duration: This Giveaway is valid for a limited time as specified by Preen. Preen reserves the right to modify or terminate this Giveaway at any time without prior notice. Ends Wednesday 5th May 2024, conditional to stock availability.

- This Giveaway is subject to availability, while supplies last.  
- The Gift with Purchase is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.  
- By participating in this Giveaway, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Giveaway, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
